Built-in Layout Element location

Hi!

Does anybody know where the built-in Layout Element are stored? Are they saved in some dwt-file perhaps? I would like to save a Scale bar that meets company standards there, so that it is easily accessible from the Layout tab.

Hi Jens,
Scale Bars and North Arrows are stored here:
C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 20XX\Map\Sample\Symbols

You can either add your custom scale bar to the Imperial or Metric dwg's, or better yet create a Tool Pallette
