Background Images Not Displaying

Background (Bing) images not displaying when logged into user account. Works fine while logged into admin account. Are there a permissions pertaining to this that I have been unable to locate?

No permissions are needed. You do however, need an internet connection. Is the exact same drawing being opened in both user account and admin account? Does the user drawing have an assigned coordinate system? If yes, what is the name of that coordinate system?

Yes it was the same drawing and I am aware that an internet connection is needed, I was using Arkansas 83 south foot on that particular drawing.

The problem has somehow resolved itself and is now working without error. My account was a new addition to the team management menu and perhaps it just needed time to adjust or it was just autocad being autocad
