AutoCAD Map 2023 - MAPIMPORT Command crash

Hello,
Since last week, I have had an AutoCAD Map 3D crash when launching the MAPIMPORT command (see video below).

I checked, my AutoCADs are up to date, no Windows updates pending, I cleaned the old paths in the registry, I reset the AutoCAD settings to default but still the same.
The -MAPIMPORT command works well when FILEDIA is at 0.

Do you have a suggestion?

OK, thanks. Your uploaded image, program updates, FILEDIA status is all good but still need more info. What format are you trying to import? Vector or raster? And what format? Shp? Kml/kmz? Jpg? Tif? Sid? DEM?

Different file types may use different import procedures. Did you download the data? Can you share the link? Even better, can you share the actual file?

I'm trying to import shapefiles.

But the problem is not the format, the problem is the graphic interface.

Autocad crash before i can see it.

Go to Command line, Enter MENULOAD. Do you see Planning and Analysis in the list under Loaded Customization Groups?

I have done a copy of ManagedMapApi.dll and I have trying to understand where the code is crashing without results

I have clean all the folders in the %AppData%\Roaming\Autodesk\AutoCAD\Recent

Have you tried to clear MapCache folder ? C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Autodesk AutoCAD Map 3D 2023\R24.2\MapCache

You could also try to made a research in windows registry of key MapImportDialog  and clear or change value to see/view another folder when using MAPIMPORT

Unload the Map3D Ribbon then reload the M3D Ribbon.

1. MENULOAD
2. Planning & Analysis=>Unload
3. Browse to Support Folder=>Select Map_Planning & Analysis
4. Load=>Close

Hi,

After clearing MapCache & MapImportDialog in REGEDIT, reloading the M3D Ribbon Map_PlanningAnalysis.cuix & 2dDrafting.cuix, AutoCAD is still crashing.

A priori, je pense que OUI car sinon le -MAPIMPORT aurait aussi des problemes !?

Voir le fichier joint provenant de MAP 2022 ... Sait on jamais !

Ton fichier "MapImport.ini" est il correct ?

Et je rajoute par securite, les autres fichiers INI ...
