Autocad 2012 Map 3D, not responding

Everytime I open it, it opens but when I tried to click on anything, it does not respond and freeze and the program needs to be closed.  What can I do

Welcome to the Autodesk Forums.
2012? Wow, an oldie but a goodie!
Is it one drawing in particular, or all drawings?
Do you have the original CD or installation file? You might need to re-install.

Hello @canhmantran 

 

I have several OLD Dell Notebooks running ACAD MAP 2011/2012/2013/2014 with Windows 10 22H2 

 

BUT these Notebooks were at the beginning with Windows SEVEN which have been upgraded to W10 !
