3D Object does not snap to grid

When I create a box, it snaps to the grid. (see screenshot)

When I move this box, it does not snap to the grid. How do I get this to happen?

Do you move with the _MOVE command or the mouse with the left button clamped?
If you move with the mouse button, snap does not work.

Are you saying that there is no way to get it to snap to the grid by dragging with the mouse?

The mouse is also used for the _MOVE command.
But if you drag with the left button clamped, then no snap works.
