Hi,

your question is a little bit confusing.

You can connect to WMS services in Map 3D and Civil 3D using FDO-Provider for WMS inside the Map Workspace window.

But this is in the box and you need no more as the Map 3D.

When you want to produce own addins than it may be that you need the objectarx.

In that case you will find it inside the Autodesk Developer Network (ADN).
