AutoCAD Map 3D 2010 64 bit on windows 8 64 bit system

We are using AutoCAD Map 3D 2010 64 bit on windows 8 64 bit system.And develop a vc++  program in Visual Studio 2010 environment, when I start map3d from visual studio in debug mode,I met a " MgResourcesLoadFailedException * __ptr64 ",and  can't start map 3d.  Even in a blank vc project,it still occur.  please let uw know how to over come this issue.  thanks a lot.

the error message is,

acad.exe 中的 0x00007ff8403b1f08 处有未经处理的异常: Microsoft C++ 异常: 内存位置 0x00149b40 处的 MgResourcesLoadFailedException * __ptr64
