If you add a datasource via DBConnect (CAO) you will not see it within the
Map Project Workspace - rather, you will find it within the DBConnect
Workspace - Tools>DBConnect (and Map does not recognize this datasource).
But, if you add a link template via DBConnect it will show up in both
workspaces, but you cannot use it with Map until you manually attach the
datasource within the Map Project Workspace. The ActiveX API for Map
currently does not allow you to attach Datasources.
