Unable to change a value in the Properties palette

I've picked on a dimension and opened the properties palette.

I want to change the fit value to "text and arrows" but the line seems to be greyed out and can't be clicked on, to change the value?

Any ideas?

I think I have found a solution.

I've found the "reset text position" and it works.
