Tool Palette text cut off

Just upgraded from 2012 lite to 2017 lite and my tool palette is not displaying correctly. This was not an issue in 2012, however I was not able to drag the tools into the work space (another issue and why I upgraded to 17).

Any ideas?

AutoCAD only runs on displays under 2k, you are running on a high res 3k-4k-5k monitor that needs to be knocked back down to HD format (1920x1080) as explained here https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Odd-gr...

I understand there is a patch that should be out in the next or two that may address it.
