Based off what exactly?

All you provided was how much RAM you have

What are the other specs?

Your PC ought to be running just fine with LT2023 if LT2022 is working well: did you actually download it to test out? Do that now, answer your own questions with your own files on your own PC then present your true actual findings if you think you still need a new PC.

FWIW 2023 is free for anyone on subscription to download/install use, and it will not affect your 2022 installation at all. None. Zip. Nada.

It's hard to justify a computer purchase to the penny pinchers when things are running just fine. Check out the new features to see if there is anything that would benefit your workflow.

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.
