After migrating from 2007LT to 2019LT, my TEXTEDIT works a bit differently. In my old version, when I double clicked text that was small (zoomed out etc.) or rotated, the edit box would present in a large-enough-to-read and non-rotated status. Now, the edit box does not enlarge nor does it rotate to 0 degrees rotation.
