Good day,
I am trying to search within a table cell the amount of a certain word and feedback the amount of words found in the drawing.
I know when you search for a word using find at the end there is an amount found. so the functionally is there I just would like to automate the process with in a table.
Thanks,
Regards,
Deven

Solved by Valentin-WSP. Go to Solution.
This can be done with LISP see example attached.
WORDS.lsp will count all words in a drawing. The words can be selected from
certain types of entities. The entity types are TEXT, MTEXT, ATTRIBUTES, TEXT
entities inside BLOCKS, and Dimension Text. The words can be filtered by using
only words inside a text file named words.txt. You can edit this text file by
pressing the "Edit Words List" button.

@Valentin-WSP Lisp does not work in LT

LT users would have greater capabilities with the full AutoCAD version.
In this case, get the 'word count' from Excel.
