'Start drawing' opens existing drawing

Hello.
Pressing the big gray 'start drawing'  Icon on the 'get started' screen does not open a template, but instead an already existing drawing. How can I change this back to normal?

Has somebody accidently saved a drawing as the template?

delete all the stuff from the drawing which is not supposed to be in the template drawing and then resave it as a template

Thanx to you all for yor support - the issue sort of - somehow -  solved itself:
I shut down and re-opened AutoCad; same problem.
I repeated this 4 or 5 times, and then, suddenly
Everything is back to normal, and  I have not a clue...

Thanx anyway for your commitment.
