Scaling details

I'm a structural engineer and I draw a lot of structural details. My detail sheet is set up for 1"=1'-0" details. When I insert one drawn at 1"=1'-0" I use a scale factor of 1. When I have a detail drawn at 3/4"=1'-0", I insert it with a scale factor of .75, etc. This has worked "fine" for years, but lately I've noticed that when the detail is drawn at 3/4"=1'-0" or 1/2"=1'-0", the vertical dimensions are darker than the horizontal dimensions. This only happens on details that are not 1"=1'-0". I use a True Type font for the dimstyle.
Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Thank you

Creating a viewport for each detail will take too much time. Maybe my problem is using a TrueType font.

You should listen to the advice you have been given and adjust your workflow since your current one is causing problems..

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

I gave up on Revit a long time ago, especially with detailing.

Why are you responding to my signature quote instead of adjusting your workflow?

Sorry. I thought it was a comment.

Adjusting my workflow doesn't work. I sometimes have 20 details on a sheet. The time it would take to setup individual viewports would be rediculous. I believe we have different situations.

Switch to SHX font and see if your printing problem goes away.

That's what I'm thinking.
