Rotating objects

I am using AutoCAD 16 LT. I am creating Isometric views of Plumbing plans and I need to rotate stacks around the z axis.

How can I do this?

I can find nothing in help to do this in 2D.

Getting to the right plane Is the trick. So I can view from what ever angle I want but the Drawing plan is the key to place elements correctly. Light Bulb Moment!
