right click menu draworder options missing

when i try to use the right click menu to  change the draw order, the option is there in the menu but all options for the draworder are missing.( see attached screenshot) the command draworder works but i prefer to use the right click menu.  is this function not available in autocad LT 2019?

Did you use the Migration option when you installed or first ran LT2019 to capture features from an older version?
