Reset limits from paper space

I'm trying to plot using limits set at 0,0 and 42,30 but I'm unable to change the limits in paper space.
Even when I plot using the window method, the output plot is shifted on the paper. Is there a remedy?

PAGESETUP, set the paper size and plot parameters, click OK to SAVE. Place
your viewport and plot content within the 'sheet' shown, inside the dotted
lines.
PLOT Layout set to 1:1 scale.
