That is good: what is recommended actually. Did you do a repair
install, and pick the option to overwrite all files? Restart your
PC, turn everything off (lower right corner of Windows desktop
needs to be empty), and try it.
A full un-install, with you hunting down every Autodesk reference
in folders and registry, might be another option (back up first).
then there is the usual culprits: video card drivers need
updating, mouse drivers, updated Zip driver drivers, Windows
patches (http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com) and so on.
Then, there is the ultimate solution: reformat your HD, and
reinstall Windows and only AutoCAD to see if the problem goes
away. Are you desperate enough? Just do not do anything silly if
it still does not work 😉
