Renew license

This issue is not fixed for me, just tried to open Autocadlt, lost a whole day yesterday, can someone explain what is going on ?

Ok, by adding serial number this time the software has allowed me access, would be helpful if we had some explanation

Hi @Anonymous !

 

Have you tried entering your serial number?

 

If so, are you getting an error message and what does it say?

I have this same issue!

 

Have tried logging numerous cases on your support website but no one will come back to me!

 

Lost time is lost money that my company won't get back!

 

Please help!

Tried reinstalling the software but no luck.

I had to wait for Autodesk to fix it last time, lost a days work and foolishly just shut down autocadlt and now have the same problem as you, nothing you can do unfortunately, autodesk are aware of the problem if that helps 'not really'

Temporary solution. Run Remove AutoCAD 2016 LT app, and reinstall CAD as 30-day trial. 

 

Autodesk is working on a long term solution, but the 30-day trial should help you make your deadlines.

I have an employee working remotely that is having the same problem.  Entering the serial number isn't working.  Since she is not in the office, removing the software and reinstalling the trial version is not an option.

Just received an email from Autodesk customer support asking me if i have tried entering my serial number when the error comes up!?!?!? THIS IS OUR PROBLEM AUTODESK! 

 

24 hours already lost and this is still not fixed, disgraceful!
