Reducing DXF file size

I have windows xp machine and autocad 2014 lis installed but when user give dxfout and dxfin command file size is not decreasing please give solution

DXF files are huge compared to dwg files, you cannot make them smaller and still be good DXF files. That is how DXF files are by their nature.

But you can ZIP them up to email if that's the only problem you are trying to solve.

Your file is littered with dgn linetypes, you need to clean up your files with modern versions of autocad's PURGE command

Here is your file back, a lot smaller.

 

You probably need to clean up ALL of your dwg files, including the missing xref from the file you posted.
