Quicker way to trim and extend

In Autocad LT 2018 and 2019, I wanted to be able to trim or extend without selecting a cutting edge or line to extend to. If you type command CIU and select "line" and "extend" one at a time from the command menu you can edit the macros. Currently you might find the macros to be ^C^C_trim or ^C^C_extend. To add a "right click" into the macro (which essentially selects all lines as cutting edges or extend to lines) you simply edit each macro with a semi-colon  ";". So that the trim macro now is written ^C^C_trim ;  and extend macro is written ^C^C_extend ;

It's important to leave a space between the words "trim" and "extend" before the semi-colon.

Now you only need to select "trim" or extend" and click on the line you want trimmed off or extended. This saves an extra step in performing either function and Autocad is all about saving strokes and seconds!

T <enter> <enter> then go crazy with all the trimming you want (hold the shift key down to extend) is the fastest possible way to get to both commands at once, assuming you set T to be TRIM command of course.
