QUICK PROPERTIES NOT SHOWING AFTER SWITCH TO AUTOCAD LT 2024

I recently upgraded to AutoCAD LT 2024 and the Quick Properties dialogue box does not show.

Make sure QPMOD is set to 1

if that still doesn’t work reset it in the cui

QPMODE set to 1 didn't change the quick properties dialogue box.
When I changed drafting settings I had to toggle between static and cursor locations for it to wrok.
