Program locks up when trying to add text.

First time this happened.  I am trying to add text to the layer "Copper" on this file.  Program freezes but I cannot close it.

It was happening even in new files.  I un/reinstalled AutoCAD LT and that seemed to fix it.

Uninstall/Reinstall was probably unnecessary - a wipe of your user profile would have done it. But good to see you got it figured out.
