Unable to open the Autocad LT 2021 file

a particular file i am not able to open it please help , how can resolve it . file is attached for reference

Good news: In Autocad mobile app it wasn't a problem.

Tried to open the file by command RECOVER?

I am not next to my PC, so I can not try it for you.

Attached  file is from mobile app, i prefer you don't use this file - but i like to know if you can open this file?
