Plots on one computer are printing out differently than others

One computer out of about ten seems to be printing out plots differently.  When everyone else prints out their plots, the text is red and the cyan outlines around the drawings are very bold.  When the problematic user prints, the text is magenta and the cyan outlines are very light.  This only started happening when we upgraded to AutoCAD 2015 from AutoCAD 2012.  After the update, we imported the same settings file onto everyone's computer, so everyone should be setup the exact same.  Not really sure what is going on here.

Here is what a correct plot looks like:

Here is what the problem plots look like:

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The one user is not using the same driver or the same plot style table everyone else has. So mirror their PC to match one of the others. Dig deeper, it's not going to be an easy task, if copying someone else's full setup in not an option.

Actually, all users are using the same PC3 file when plotting. We have the Printer Configuration Search Path, Printer Description File Search Path and Plot Style Table Search Path setup to a network share that all users' AutoCAD points to. All users print to the same plotter that is shared on the network with the same exact driver on each machine.

Then reset the one LT station and start over, use a working setup to copy. 9 PC work, so the problem is the 1 PC: start changing thingns dramatically if needed, it's not identical to the others somewhere.

Good luck.
