please help

autocad 2009 lt stops when i hit save or open . can anyone help with this ?  below is the system info.PIC1.jpg

When you start OPEN or SAVEAS

 

Is there q prompting for a filename at yout cursor?

What is the last 3 lines feedback in Textscreen[F2]?

If you press [ESC], continue the program and you can work then?

 

Only freezing or ErrorMessage too?
