command line on two screens LT2019

I've updated to LT 2019 and have had the opportunity to incorporate 2 screens.

The laptop is the secondary screen and I've a larger main screen which I work on.

The command line (which I recall you could place below the drawing area) seems to now pop up on my secondary/laptop screen but fades away after a few seconds.

I just want a command line under my drawing where I can see what I'm typing etc.

It also needs to be able to adjust- so show 3 lines or 5 lines depending how I feel I need to set it up

The command line is like all AutoCAD palletes: It's a non-modal window and can be docked anywhere. Pick it up and drag it to the location where you want it to stay, and that's where it stays until you move it.

To change the fading properties, click the wrench icon in its title bar and change the "Transparency..." settings.

To see more lines, just drag the top of the window up or down. Make sure that CLIPROMPTLINES is set greater than the largest number of lines you want to show. (Default is 3).

Thank you for this
The difficulty is that I see the command on the 2nd screen but a can't grip it to move it over and dock it where I want it on the main screen
