Paste Special (screenshot) issue

Hi,

Issue with using Paste Special command to embed a screenshot. Instead of a picture outline box I'm getting a single line and this message "Failed to create object. Make sure the object is entered in the system registry".

The problem doesn't happen all the time so it's hard to say what exactly triggers this issue.

Has anyone ever encountered such problem? if so, how did you go about solving it?
