Online Maps

Since I've install autocad LT 2016 (upgrade from the LT2015), only last week, the online maps stop working.

I receive the message "Maps cannot be displayed...". I remember that I had to install a hotfix for LT 2015...

Maybe the same problem here?

Any Ideias?

Are you logged into the A360 account? Options command, ONLINE Tab, ensure you are logged in, it's required. Other tips from Autodesk:

Note: at the moment there are no posted hotfixes for anything LT2016 related.

Thanks for the reply.

Apparently I was having problems with my account.

I was not able to sign out from inside Autocad. Even when I sign out from my account online, I receive the information that I was still connect in the options - online tab.

The solution was to re-install the A360 and now is working again.
