no product key sent

I just purchased ACAD LT 2017 and was sent a Serial # but no product key. It has been over 8 hours and I still don't have my account showing I have the 2017 ACAD LT. Where do I go to get my key?

Hi @Anonymous sorry about that. Usually the system takes up to 24 hours for the product to appear on your Autodesk account.

It would be best if you contact our Customer Care team via Contact Us page to check if there are any issues with your account. You will be able to contact them either via Chat or e-mail.
