I am receiving emails from the portal used to manage the licensing and registration about end users PC's Registration, however, these users already have registered machines and software and have for months. The license renewal does not occur for another 2 months. I have even received 5 different emails for the same user saying "Thank you for registering" The users are doing nothing different than they have since first licensed. Can anyone help me understand as to why this is occuring.
