LT2014 is not supported in Win10, is that your actual problem? http://autode.sk/1IY4C2X

I know my post is a little late but are you still having an issue running AutoCAD LT 2014? 

What Windows version are you running? 

Do you have any antivirus software running? Are you able to disable that to run AutoCAD? 

If you are running Windows 10 AutoCAD LT 2014 is not compatible with that Windows environment. It might be able to download but its not guarantee that it will function as normal. Here is an article that has the latest on this topic. 

If you are running Window 8 or 8.1 then AutoCAD LT 2014 is supported.
