What kind of frames exactly? Post a sample DWG file, show us if you're not sure.

I'm using AutoCAD LT 2017.

For the mtext.

In the Text frame in the properties box is "Yes".

When I open the file backup it shows the Text frame saying "No"

This maybe a software glitched.

Why open the backup? How are you opening the backup? what's wrong with the actual DWG file?

Mext frame is a per-mtext object setting, are you sure you've selected the correct item? Can you confirm your backup is probably from another time stamp perhaps?

NOT the bak files back-up (as in reopened I close the file. Then I reopened it back-up)

Works fine here.

Are you saving the file before closing? Is this a problem in ALL files or just this one file? Even if you start a new file?
What version of LT? Windows version is? is LT fully patched and updated (it doesn't happen on it's own, ever)?

Can you share a DWG file with this problem with us here? I too use 2017 and not seeing the issue here at all.

So which ones disappear? How do I make one disappear, what steps are you using?

You have these two for example, they show all the time, even when I first opened your file.

HI @twilliams8,

Would you be able to make a screencast video of your workflow?

Or provided detailed steps on how you get this issue so that I can follow along and try to recreate the issue. As of now, I am unable to.

Thanks!

The only time that it does it is when you rename the file in the "Sheet Set Manager" palette.

Version: AutoCAD LT 2017.1.2

OS: Windows 10 Pro Service pack Don't know
