Hi,

>>"Why does MLine work under AutoCAD LT"

That's wrong, it doesn't exist in LT.

In LT2025 and older, you can manipulate, trim, extend, copy and erase MLINE objects in LT, much like you can do 3DSOLIDS and other content added from full AutoCAD and the verticals.

But you cannot create nor edit them. So no MLINE command. And that's why MLEDIT does not exist.

DLINE command exists in LT, but it's nothing like MLINE. Sorry. And there is no DLEDIT command either.

It does works from my own command using autolisp.

We don't have your LISP, so we'll take your word for it. Maybe.

You may have found an undocumented backdoor to MLINE command. Looks like you did not find one for MLEDIT yet. You'll have to keep experimenting to find it, if they left that door open for you.

We can see that you dont start command MLine

and we see it is your own command,

but you didn't showing it is a mline.

But it doesn't matter.

Mline and MLedit are not native commands in LT, end of the story.

Note: MLEDIT is often not very comfortable, so you will find a lot of other codes to edit mlines!

What I guess, you simply insert an exiszting mline and you edit the entity data.

In fact, also your Lisp doesn't create a mline, it EDIT a mline and ther is still no mline command available in LT
