Missing paper sizes when printing to Plotter

Hi all AutoCAD LT users.

I have suddenly lost my list of ISO paper sizes when I want to print to the plotter (see attached plotter paper sizes). They are still listed when I go to DWG to PDF covert as seen in other photo (dwg to pdf paper sizes).

Can anyone help get the list back please? I have AutoCAD LT 2014.

Best Regards

Dave H

Did you change drivers on that plotter? In your screenshot, it says (ISO) after the page size, if that's not what you want, you need to dive into the system driver you are using and see if there are boxes you need to check/turn on

Hi @pendean

Thank you for replying.

No drivers have been changed on the Plotter that I am aware of, we have changed the cartridges but that is it.

When I used to print to the plotter I had the list that is showing in the DWG to PDF photo, at the moment to print I have to convert the drawing to pdf first, tis is because it won't let me print in landscape for some reason.

Looks like you are running Win10: LT2014 is not supported in that OS, my guess is you have an update in the OS that is now introducing this feature today to your system driver options.

Most HP plotters have an autorotate option in the driver that does rotations of plots outside of your control: perhaps you need to explore that and see what happens. If your output goes beyond the margins of the paper the plotter autorotates output to "fit better" and not cut off your output.

Thank you I will take a look. It also sounds like I need the latest edition of LT.

No, you just need to find out why your HP plotter is autorotating and to stop it.
Or you need to remove the Win10 update that broke it all for you.
I'm not sure a different year version of AutoCAD is going to undo whatever is not set for your plotter and its drivers.
