Missing palettes at startup

AC 2019 Lt, WIn 7 64

So my Architectural Palette is miss again. I just did a reinstall but no luck. The paths seem ok (see pics), so no idea how to get them back. I tried changing the startup variable to all 4 settings but that didn't work.

Any suggestions appreciated.

So this is a custom personal Palette that got unloaded? or the default from-Autodesk ARCH palette that comes with this version of LT?

Did you check to see if your program is set to save any changes you make to the GUI?

Does your program show a little gear anywhere in the bar at bottom right? There should be a dropdown next to it. Expand that and one of the choices is Workspace Settings. Click on that and a dialog box pops up. Make sure to choose Auotmatically save workspace changes, then click OK.
