Macro that repeats offsets then a circle

Hi,

I'm looking at how to make a macro that uses two user defined offsets then creates a circle with user inputted placement and diameter, bonus if the circle can be placed on the intersecting offset lines.

Something like:
Offset > User input number > User placed offset

Offset > User input number > User placed offset

Circle > User placed centre (or intersecting offset line) > User input diameter

Why not make a block?
