Hi, I am trying to find my hatch pattern folder in autocad lt 2022 to add a custom hatch.  When I search .pat files one comes up, and says that that the location is UserDataCache/en-US/Support, but when I go there I don't see the folder.  I have turned on hidden folders.  Does anyone know why it is not visible?

Hi, I am trying to find my hatch pattern folder

There is no special hatch pattern folder, all reachable folders are valid.

in autocad lt 2022 to add a custom hatch.

I prefer to use Your own locations to add custom stuff!

d:\CAD\patlin\<your folder for *.pat files> for example

This way you don't need to move the folder for new versions, just add this path as Support file search path

Command: OPTIONS [F1]

When I search .pat files one comes up, and says that that the location is UserDataCache/en-US/Support,

NO! This folder is not for your use, that's the source for new user profiles.

The standard .PAT files are here:

C:\Users\<userid>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\AutoCAD LT 20nn\Rnn\<lan>\Support\

ACAD.pat and ACADISO.pat

>>"but when I go there I don't see the folder.

Again: This is NOT the folder you need! But... type it by hand if you have trouble with the hidden system folders
by hand, or copy&paste..
C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD LT 2022\UserDataCache\en-Us\Support

Options command reveals the locations of content in use in your session of LT2022, unless like me, you have other folders above it in that list that can take over

If I may ask, are you trying to mistakenly add your own or 3rd party custom PAT definitions to the default ACADLT.PAT file? That's a rookie move you don't want to do if it is. let us know and we can guide you to better ways to do that.
