Linetype not loading correctly

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with linetype.

I see a dotted line or i dont see it at all while i should see two dashed lines. This line is a protective tube for electric cable.

The only solution we have found is that surveyor must explode the line before sending to me so that way i can see two dashed lines instead of one dotted or none at all. How do i fix it so i can see dashed lines? Is it something wtih SFX files?

Btw, I'm using AutoCad LT 2021. Others who use AutoCad can't see the dashed line too, but people with zwcad can see it as it should be.

What software are they using?
What's an SFX file?

Have you received a complete drawing, including the neccessary SHX files referenced from that DWG?
