Not enough information, can you try again? PLOT settings from inside AutoCAD as a screenshot and your actual PDF would be a good start, you actual DWG file here would be even better.
Or... you could try using a different PDF viewer and see if that issue is that simple to fix (hint: your modern web browser is a PDF viewer too).
