Layout won't PDF or Print in color

My layout is in color, but when I try to pdf or print it, everything inside the viewport turns black and white. However, the border around the viewport appears in color.

Please post a screenshot of your plot dialog box so we can see which settings are being used

What is SHADEMODE set to inside your viewport?

Otherwise... Post your DWG file with the problem please.

Uncheck the "Plot with plot styles" option in your plot settings and see if that helps.

When I previewed it, it appeared to work, but when I actually saved it and opened the file, it is still black and white within the viewport and only the board colors are there.

Doesn't seem to have done anything.

Is this a problem with ALL of your files, or just this one?

What changed with your setup or printing recently?

Can you print color from other applications?

Can you at least post a PDF so we can see the results, but if this isn't a faulty installation we really need to see a dwg to look at the settings and see if we can reproduce the problem? Even just a simple drawing with a couple of colored objects in a viewport that still prints black and white for you would be sufficient it doesn't need to be a classified drawing.
