カクカク（ユラユラ？）動いて思い通りの場所に2点目を持っていけない

線分の作図する時や、単線分をストレッチする時にカクカク(ユラユラ？）動いて

思い通りの場所に2点目を持っていけません。

解決方法を教えてください

Do you have snapmode (gridsnap) turned on F9

Or ortho turned on F8
