Imported Survey Points come in mirrored & upsidedown

I have some test survey points, they are supposed to plot like the image shows on the right (green dots, red line). But when i bring the points into autocad lt they come in reversed (image on the left) what am i doing wrong? I've tried reversing the coordinates placing y numbers in the x column but nothing. I've also attached the excel file for reference. i insert the points using the scripted noted below

_MULTIPLE _POINT
0.41,-2.82,0.05
98.54,-311.21,7.96

Not everyone uses the same coordinate system, it looks like your survey data is using the Y axis in a downwards direction. If you remove the minus sign from the Y data then it plots 'Visually' correct. But you should check with your surveyor as to how the data should be read.
