This is a user based forum so you are not talking to autodesk. No one here is going to try and talk you into buying the software because no one has any stake in it here. You are talking to other users just like yourself. You'd be better off asking how do I make this software more stable because it crashes when I do (.......). I'm sorry you are having an issue. Can you explain what is happening more specifically and maybe someone here can get it working correctly for you? New versions always have bugs when they first come out. There have already been patches to 2019 to correct some.
