How to ADD DESCRIPTION IN saved file

Can anyone advise me how to add description on file that save? See image. Please help. Thank you in advance.

Don't think there's an option to add to Description.

But you sure can run command: DWGPROPS >Summary 

And add to the following entries to show up in Windows Explorer:

Title, Subject, Author, Comments
