Having trouble hatching around blocks

Hi Guys,

I am trying to hatch an area on the attached file ( zone 3 ) .  I want to hatch the same as the other zones have been done however cannot seem to get it to hatch around the blocks.  I have tried select boundary and pick points but neither seem to hatch the same as the other zones have been done.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi,

Greetings!

I open your file attached and I make hatch by doing this steps.

First, you need to delete all the text within the "Zone 3" 

Then, pick the hatch boundaries based on the image below.

Then after that,  I got this hatch based on the image below.

Would you mind clarifying with screengrabs what you are looking for if @ gmalcontento11 post didn't help achieve your desired hatch? 

I ran a few file clean-up steps and came up with the following hatch within zone3. Post back and let us know if this is not what you are looking for.
