Geographic Locacation - online maps problem

We are running AutoCAD LT and I'm trying to use the geographic location without success.  It comes up with would I like to access online map data but then I get a message to say I need to change my settings to access the online mapping and takes me to my management page and I can't find anywhere to change settings.  Does AutoCAD LT support this or do I need to download another product?

LT version is.... what?
Windows version is... what?
Are you logged into A360? required.

Hi admin,

Please take a look at Dean's answer. I think it covers just about everything that needs to be in place. The real biggie is to be logged into A360.
