Flatten or remove lines in z-axis

I am using 2014 LT and I am working with a drawing with lines that are in the z-axis. I have tried using the 0,0,0 move 0,01e99 and no luck. This series of commands has always worked for me in the past. Any tips on how to get things out of the z-axis? How can you view the items in z?

Thanks.

I'm running Autocad 2024 LT for mac. The mac version doesn't seem to support LISP-- unless I'm missing something.

That's what your HELP fine should state and confirm if you can look it up. For all MAC users (AutoCAD and LT) the better forum for assistance and for sharing tips like yours is over here https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-for-mac/ct-p/4051

Windows users of LT2024 (the focus of this forum) now have extra tools to use.
