FATAL ERROR: Unhandled e06d7363h Exception at 911CA388h when using keyboard

Hi,

There is a fatal error in AutoCAD 2019 LT, when working with a drawing and use keyboard (CTRL+C, for example). If the Panel is used with mouse click, it works fine, but when the keyboard is used, it crashes. As well it crashes after pressing Save As with mouse. It happens with all files, even new empty drawing. (Print screens in attachment)

Solutions already tried:

  1. Open the same file with other PC with AutoCAD 2019, at the launch notification appeared: "Open-Foreign DWG File", when approving to open, I tried to copy with Ctrl+C, or M+Enter, works fine. SO there should not be a problem in the file.
  2. When opening File (Thats created with AutoCAD 2019) in this problematic AutoCAD LT 2019, the error accours again.
  3. Full reinstall: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/download-install/remove-products/clean-uninstall
  4. Set SHOWNEWSTATE to 0: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-lt-forum/autocad-lt-2019-fatal-error-on-startup/m-p/7888560#M...
  5. Reinstalled video card: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-lt/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Sta...
  6. Hot fixes installed: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-lt/downloads

Operating System: Windows 10

Completely new computer: Lenovo 330 14 IKB;  Model 81B0

Thanks for reply, but: "It happens with all files, even new empty drawing. "

So this should not be a problem with the file.

Reformat your PC, reinstall your OS and all of your software after you ensure Win10 is fully patched and updated.
